1. Digital Product Nature

Most of our products are digital and are delivered immediately after successful payment. Because of this instant access model, refunds are limited.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment deducted but order not created due to a technical error.
• Purchased file is permanently inaccessible from our side.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

• Change of mind after successful digital delivery.
• Incorrect purchase made by the customer.
• Incompatibility with third-party tools not listed in product details.

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, with payment reference and purchase email details.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method, depending on your bank/payment gateway timeline.
